1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order on the Magobholi Solutions online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT.
- Product images are for illustration purposes; actual print colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration.
- We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Custom Printing Orders
By submitting artwork or text for printing, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use the content. Magobholi Solutions is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-supplied designs. Orders with offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content will be refused and refunded.
4. Order Cancellations & Refunds
- Standard (non-customised) products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition.
- Custom-printed items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- To initiate a return, email us at magobholisolutions@gmail.com with your order number.
5. Delivery
We deliver throughout South Africa via courier. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days. Free delivery applies to orders over R1,500. Magobholi Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request does not constitute a purchase or binding agreement. A formal quotation will be sent to your email. You are under no obligation to accept the quote.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, and design elements are the property of Magobholi Solutions and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
